TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing any of my services, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.Date: JAN 03
Prices are base, it can increase depending of the complexity of the character or added things.
You can ask for multiple commissions If you have a slot.
Payments are in advance, minimum 50% of the total.
For Mexico I accept bank deposits and Paypal.
A Paypal Invoice / Receipt will be sent vía Twitter or mail.
Only for personal use , if you want commercial work it will be at an extra 40% of total cost.
RESALE IS FORBIDDEN unless Commercial Use is paid.
If you need your commission to be ready on a certain date, an extra fee of 35% will be charged per priority.
Once the payment is confirmed, the work begins.
In case of not having made the full payment once the model has been delivered, I reserve the right to resell it all or in parts.
Delivery dates may vary but prior notice will be given if it is the case.
Credits must be given to the artist. You cannot claim the model was made by you.
About Waitlist
If there is no space during the monthly batch, the person concerned can be added to next month’s waiting list.
If you are on the waiting list and you have not paid your Paypal invoice, I reserve the right to give way to the next client on the waitlist.
VROID ABOUT
In Vroid you cannot by itself: generate reliefs in textures, customize expressions in detail, include or add exterior details to them (tools, weapons, staves).
The models will be delivered in VRM file, rigged and ready to stream.
In the case of requesting the editable file and making subsequent modifications to it, I am not responsible for errors caused by the new edition.
For most cases of detailed avatar, the use of other programs such as Blender and / or Unity will be needed.
I do not use bought 3rd party 3D objects to attach to the avatar.
If you need something similar to the Ironmouse 3D avatar, I recommend you look for an artist specialized in 3D modeling.
